Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) company policy refers to our responsibility towards the environment. The drive towards corporate social responsibility has played a vital role in propelling the Company towards achieving its goals of sustainability. Our company’s existence is part of a bigger system of people, values, other organizations and nature. We strive to give back to the world just as it gives to us, and contribute to the environments that nurtured us. This policy applies to our company, its subsidiaries and partners.

The ultimate goal of this policy is to maintain the organization’s image as a responsible business that meets the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Our company’s social responsibility falls into two broad categories of Compliance and Engagement. Compliance refers to our company’s commitment to legality and willingness to observe community values and Engagement refers to our initiatives to promote human rights, help communities and protect our natural environment.

Compliance

Our company will respect the law, honor its internal policies and ensure that all its business operations are legitimate. Additionally, we will strive to keep every partnership and collaboration open and transparent. We will always conduct business with integrity and respect to human rights, promoting safety and fair dealings, respect towards the consumer, anti-bribery and anti-corruption practices and an absolute lack of tolerance towards the utilization of child labor. Our company recognizes the need to protect the natural environment. Keeping our environment clean and unpolluted is a benefit to all. We will always follow the best practices when disposing garbage and using chemical substances. We will not risk the health and safety of our employees and community. We will avoid harming the lives of local and indigenous people in the communities that we work in and we will always support diversity and inclusion. Engagement

Our company will encourage its employees to volunteer. They can volunteer through programs organized internally or externally. Our company may sponsor volunteering events from other organizations. Apart from legal obligations, our company will be proactive in protecting the environment. Examples of relevant activities include an active implementation of the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), conserving energy and the usage of environmentally-friendly technologies wherever possible. Our company may initiate and support community investment and educational programs. It can provide support to nonprofit organizations or movements to promote cultural and economic development of global and local communities. Our company is committed to the United Nations Global Compact. We will readily act to promote our identity as a socially aware and responsible business. Management must communicate this policy on all levels and are also responsible for resolving any CSR-related issues.
